Cross-Tenant Inbound Collaboration Domain Addition

This guide will allow administrators to add designated domains that will have shared access to internal resources.

Cross-Tenant Inbound Collaboration Domain Addition

  1. Navigate to Cross-Tenant Access – Azure Active Directory, from the Organizational Settings tab select Add Organization.  Provide the organization domain name in the text field, this will grant the ability of the organization to access your organizations apps/services and click Add.
  2. Select the Inherited from Default item under the Inbound Access column.
  3. Select the B2B Collaboration tab, followed by Customize Settings. Click Allow Access for the External Users and Groups tab, along with the External Applications tab.
  4. Select Save at the bottom left of the page to finalize the addition.
