Cross-Tenant Outbound Collaboration Domain Addition

This guide will allow administrators to add designated domains that will have shared access to internal resources.

Cross-Tenant Outbound Collaboration Domain Addition

  1. Navigate to Cross-Tenant Access – Azure Active Directory, from the Organizational Settings tab select Add Organization. Add the organization you wish to grant your users to be able to access and click Add.
  2. Once added, Select the Inherited from Default item under the Outbound Access column.
  3. Select the B2B Collaboration tab, followed by Customize Settings. Click Allow Access for the Users and Groups tab, along with the External Applications tab.
  4. Select Save at the bottom left of the page.
