      Defender for Email Block Sender Action

      This guide will show an administrator how to initiate a block on a desired senders mail.

      Defender for Email Block Sender Action

      1. Open a desired quarantined email, locate, and select the three dots followed by selecting the Block Sender action.
      2. The Block sender action adds the sender of the selected email message to the Blocked Senders list in the mailbox of whomever is signed in. Typically, this action is used by end-users if it's available to them by quarantine policies. In the Block sender flyout that opens, review the information about the sender, and then select Block.
