Defender for Email Mark and Notify Spam Action

  1. From the User Submissions – Microsoft Defender queue, select any messages using the checkbox. From there, select the Mark as and Notify dropdown followed by the Spam selection. Any messages selected will have “confirmed as spam” messages dispatched to the users who originally reported the message for review.
