      This guide will show an administrator how to preview a desired quarantined email.

      Defender for Email Message Preview Action

      1. Open a desired quarantined email, locate, and select the three dots followed by selecting the Preview Message action.
      2. In the flyout that opens, you choose one of the following tabs. We recommend Source as it keeps hyperlinks and formatting. If available, also click Load External Resources within this Message.
        • Source: Shows the HTML version of the message body with all links disabled.
        • Plain text: Shows the message body in plain text.
