      Defender for Email Share Message Action

      This guide will show an administrator how to share a desired quarantined email with a fellow internal administrator.

      Defender for Email Share Message Action

      1. Open a desired quarantined email, locate, and select the three dots followed by selecting the Share Email action. [Note: You can send a copy of the quarantined email message, including potentially harmful content, to the specified recipients.]
      2. In the Share email with other users flyout that opens, select one or more recipients to receive a copy of the message. When you're finished, select Share.
