Defender for Email User Submission Queue

This guide will show an administrator how to access the Users Submissions page to view submitted messages that have been reported by end users.

Defender for Email User Submission Queue

  1. Navigate to the User Submissions – Microsoft Defender portal. All messages that have been submitted by end users will be listed. To find entries that have not yet been analyzed, ensure the Marked By column is Automation or Blank. (This indicates a notification has not been sent to a user yet.)
  2. Selecting a submitted message by clicking anywhere in the row other than the check box will display a pop out that has additional details.
