This guide will show an administrator how to create a simulation threat campaign that will leverage Microsoft created content.

Security Awareness Simulation Campaign Creation
- Navigate to the Attack Simulations Training – Microsoft Defender portal, locate and select Launch a Simulation.
- Select one of the listed techniques depending on the campaign you wish to utilize. Select Next to continue.
- Provide a name and description of the campaign. Select Next to continue.
- Select a preconfigured payload / login page to utilize in your campaign or create your own. Select Next when complete.
- Specify the scope of the campaign, which users will be impacted. Select Next to continue.
- You can exclude users if applicable. Select Next to continue.
- Select a training method that will aid users that fell victim to the campaign, assignment date can also be established. Select Next to continue.
- Select a landing page that will be displayed to users that fall victim to the campaign. Select Next to continue.
- Select Notification types that will be sent to users. Select Next to continue.
- You will be able to decide a launch date for the campaign you’ve created, it can either be upon finalization or scheduled. Select Next to proceed to revision.
- All configured settings will be detailed, once complete select Submit to create your campaign.
- A final prompt will notify you of successful creation, select Done to finalize the campaign.
