This work instruction will allow an administrator to initiate a wipe of all data from a registered device through Intune.
This article is intended for employees of organizations that use Sittadel's security. Additionally, there are some actions that can only be accomplished by those with administrative privileges.
Procedure Scope: Administrators
Required Group Membership: Admin.DeviceMDM
- Navigate to Devices – Intune, select a device from the list.
- From the Overview pane, select the Wipe option, you will get a prompt making sure that you want to complete the action you selected, select Wipe to finalize the process.
You're Finished!
You should have successfully initiated a wipe on the specified device, this will remove all personal and corporate data from the machine. For any other problems or questions, reach out to us!
