This guide will allow an administrator to troubleshoot the associated connector causing mail delivery failures either due to misconfiguration or possible impact of internal or partner server configuration.
- Navigate to the Mail Flow Reports – Exchange Admin Center portal, locate and select the Queued Messages Report. A pop-out will be displayed where you will be able to view information related to the connector that is having issues delivering mail as well as possible troubleshooting solutions recommended by Microsoft to remediate the delivery errors. If there are no messages queued for mail delivery failure, there will be no data displayed in the pop-out.
