This work instruction will allow administrators to purchase a Microsoft 365 Business Premium for an end user.
This article is intended for employees of organizations that use Sittadel's security. Additionally, there are some actions that can only be accomplished by those with administrative privileges.
Business Premium
Microsoft 365 Business Premium is a complete productivity and security solution for small and medium-sized businesses by providing comprehensive cloud productivity and security.
With Microsoft 365 Business Premium, you can:
- Provide your employees with secure access to their business data and apps by boosting your security protection. Business premium allows access to security features such as Conditional Access Policies which can be configured to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all user accounts tied to your Microsoft environment which can add additional defense against threats that leverage identity-based attacks.
- Defend against sophisticated cyberthreats and safeguard your business data with advanced protection against phishing, ransomware, and data loss. Business premium allows administrators to configure Threat Policies through the O365 Defender portal as well as configure additional email authentication that can be utilized by for your owned domain(s).
- Manage and secure devices (Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android) that connect to your data, and help keep those devices up to date. Business premium allows access to the security features provided by Intune; these features allow an administrator to set up and secure managed devices by enrolling computers, tablets, and phones so they can be protected from threats.

Purchasing Business Premium
- Navigate to Purchase Services – Microsoft Admin Center, from the Purchase Services window, locate the search bar specifying Business Premium, select Details to proceed to licensing purchase.
- Specify the quantity of licenses, the monthly or yearly billing frequency, and the total price for checkout.
