Let's face it, in this digital age, juggling multiple passwords can be tricky. If you've misplaced your Microsoft account password, don’t stress! Instead of jotting it down on a scrap of paper, simply reset it. It's safer and keeps your account secure.

This guide will accomplish the following:

  • Resetting a Password on Your Own
  • Asking for Help with Your Password

Resetting a Password on Your Own

  1. Select the Reset Company Account Password link from the Company Links bookmark folder, located at the top left of your screen in Chrome or Edge.

    ⚡| If you don't see this bookmark, get in touch with a customer success manager at              Help@Sittadel.com! In the meantime, you can view it from here.

  2. On the following page, input your email and prove you're human. Click Next.
  3. Next, you'll need to receive a security code. Choose how you'd like to get it: text, call, or via the Microsoft Authenticator app. Punch in the code once you get it.
  4. But wait, there's more! You'll be prompted for a second layer of security, this time from a different method than you picked earlier. Choose, receive, and enter.
  5. Now, the main event: Type in your shiny new password twice and hit Finish. Voilà! Your password has been updated.

Asking for Help with Your Password

If the steps above have you scratching your head or if you're unable to access the reset page, it's okay to ask for a little help. We just need to let our friendly experts know and they will be ready to help out. Let's let them know.
