Teams Domain Collaboration Addition

This guide will allow an administrator to specify domains that are allowed to have an established Teams line of communication.

Teams Collaboration Domain Addition

  1. Navigate to the Teams Admin Center (Which can be found by accessing the Admin portal, selecting All Apps, and finding the Teams Admin page). Once in the admin center, Select Users | External Access | Teams and Skype for Business users in external organizations | Only Allow Specific External Domains | Allow Domains. Input the domain you wish to allow collaboration in the provided text field followed by selecting Done.
  2. The domain should generate in the list, select the Save button to finalize the addition.
