      Tenant Collaboration External User Invitation Work Instruction

      This work instruction will allow administrators to send external collaboration invites to allow guest to access their tenant.

      This article is intended for employees of organizations that use Sittadel's security. Additionally, there are some actions that can only be accomplished by those with administrative privileges.

      Procedure Scope: Administrators

      Required Group Membership: Admin.Collaboration

      1. Navigate to the Users – Azure Active Directory, select New User followed by Invite External User.
      2. On the new user page, click Invite User, then type the usernames provided by the user, followed by Invite.

        You're Finished!

        You should have successfully sent an external collaboration invite to the external user specified. For any other problems or questions, reach out to us!
