      User Account Disablement Action

      This guide will show an administrator how to disable inactive accounts that are present within the Azure environment.

      User Account Disablement

      1. Navigate to the Users – Azure Active Directory portal, locate and select the User account that needs to be disabled.
      2. On the Overview page for the selected User, locate and select the Edit action under the Account Status section.
      3. From the generated Properties page, deselect the checkbox next to the Account Enabled setting. Select Save to finalize the account disablement process.
