This work instruction will allow administrators to disable inactive accounts that are present within the Azure environment.
This article is intended for employees of organizations that use Sittadel's security. Additionally, there are some actions that can only be accomplished by those with administrative privileges.
Procedure Scope: Administrators
Required Group Membership: Admin.UserAccount
- Navigate to Users – Azure Active Directory, locate the user account which needs to be disabled.
- Select Edit under account status.
- Deselect the Account Enabled checkbox. Click Save.
