User Device Deletion Work Instruction

This work instruction will allow administrators to remove a device associated with a deleted user account.

This article is intended for employees of organizations that use Sittadel's security. Additionally, there are some actions that can only be accomplished by those with administrative privileges.

Procedure Scope: Administrators

Required Group Membership: Admin.UserAccount

  1. Navigate to Devices – Azure Active Directory, select All Devices.
  2. Select the devices associated with the deleted user, once selected click Delete at the top of the window, followed by Ok.
  3. Once the device is deleted it will no longer be recognized by Azure, a full onboarding process will need to be reinstated for the end user and device to be onboarded again.
