This work instruction will allow administrators to assign a purchased license to an end user account.
This article is intended for employees of organizations that use Sittadel's security. Additionally, there are some actions that can only be accomplished by those with administrative privileges.
Procedure Scope: Administrators
Required Group Membership: Admin.UserAccount
- Navigate to Licenses – Azure Active Directory, select a product.
- Select Assign. (Note: Make sure that your Total and Assigned values for the licensure are not the same, or more licensure will need to be purchased.)
- Click Add Users and Groups to assign the licensure to users. Click Next.
- Toggle the selectors if certain features need to be turned off. By default, keep all features selected. Click Next.
- Click Assign on the next page. Licensure should take effect within 5-10 minutes; re-authentication is recommended.
