This work instruction will allow an administrator to force a specified end user to reauthenticate on all Microsoft tied platforms.
This article is intended for employees of organizations that use Sittadel's security. Additionally, there are some actions that can only be accomplished by those with administrative privileges.
Procedure Scope: Administrators
Required Group Membership: Admin.UserAccount
- Navigate to Users – Azure Active Directory, locate the user whose sessions need to be revoked.
- From the overview page of the user account, select Revoke Sessions, followed by Yes to revoke all active Microsoft authenticated sessions.
You're Finished!
You should have successfully revoked all active Microsoft authentication from the specified user, this will force the user to reauthenticate on all of their registered devices. For any other problems or questions, reach out to us!
