Verifying Windows Specifications
- Locate the Search icon and within the search field provide About your PC, select the result that has the Information icon.
- Selecting About your PC will redirect you to the System section of the Settings utility. Locate the Windows Specifications dropdown, under the Edition subsection verify that the Operating System is running at a Windows 10 Pro or Windows 11 Pro/Business level, if not you will not be able to join this device to Intune for MDE Onboarding.
