Add a Company:

Purpose
Add a sanctioned collaboration domain for Entra ID and SharePoint to enable secure external file and folder sharing.
Use Case
Allow collaboration with a newly trusted organization for external document sharing.

Remove a Company:

Purpose
Remove a domain from the sanctioned collaboration list to prevent further sharing.
Use Case
A former business partner’s domain must be removed to stop ongoing collaboration access.
